FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND SUPPLEMENTS - SHIPPING TERMS

Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Charge SG will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.

Delivery Time
Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days after processing normally.

If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery Fee
All Customers are required to pay the delivery/shipping fee for any orders they place.

TAXES/CUSTOMS/VAT
International deliveries outside Singapore may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT’s and duties which are to be paid by the Customer.

You are required to check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ON PACKAGES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. All packages and sessions including vouchers bought, will only be entitled to one single person and is non refundable & non transferable.

  2. No cash payments will be allowed. We only allow online and telegraphic payments such as : GrabPay, PayNow, Online Stripe Payments and Giro Payments, PayWave, CreditCards

  3. All subscriptions and packages are to be paid in full upfront, unless approved by any other third party partners.

  4. A deposit of 1 month for all group and corporate subscription packages are to be paid in full before the start of the first actual package month.

  5. Any early cancellation for group or corporate packages will incur an early termination fee of 1 month.

  6. Early termination for any subscriptions should be made at least 1 month in advance to avoid an early termination fee of 1 month.

  7. The start date for every existing package and subscriptions available will commence from the date of purchase.

NO REFUND POLICY
You fully understand and agree that we have a non-refundable policy for all merchandise on sale on our site and any packages sold. We do not accept any refund requests.

All our sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable strictly.
